For an autographed driver card of Blake Bjorklund, please send a self addressed envelope to the address below. Please indicate in your request whether you want a Late Model Driver Card or a NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Driver Card. The envelope must be 8x10 inch or bigger with at least $0.78 of postage.
